We want you to love your purchase so if an item is not quite right, you are more than welcome to return it. Please note that there are no refunds on sale items (unless faulty) or for teethers, dummies, hair accessories and headwear (for hygiene reasons).
Contact us at email@example.com prior to returning any items. Please ensure:
- Item/s are in original condition (unused with all tags and packaging intact)
- Your return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your item/s
Shipping costs for returns to Leo + Zo are payable by the customer. We recommend you use a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Refunds will be processed once the item/s are received and are in their original condition.
The above also applies to exchanges. In addition, shipping costs for the exchanged item is also payable by the customer (unless the order is $150+).
Incorrect Items Shipped
In the rare case that we make a mistake with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item that was shipped to you.
You will be issued with a return label to attach to the parcel of the incorrect item. Once we receive the item, a replacement will be offered given it is in original condition (unused with all tags and packaging intact). If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
