Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Australia, to our friends over in New Zealand, Asia and many parts of the world.

Shipping to the USA is currently suspended. Various destinations to the Middle East are also currently suspended. There are also numerous shipping suspensions and delays changing daily.

If we don't currently offer shipping to your country and you would like to make a purchase with us, please send an email to hello@leoandzo.com.au and we'll try our best to help!

Shipping charges are exempt from discounts and are non-refundable. 

Pre-Orders

If you have ordered multiple products and one or more of the products are pre-ordered, then ALL pieces will be shipped together once the pre-ordered product/s are available. If you would like your in-stock products to be sent beforehand then you will need to place two separate orders (one for in-stock products and one for pre-ordered products) to cover shipping costs. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery

We try our best to pack and dispatch your goodies within 1 business day. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale periods and new product launches. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking link once shipped. 

International buyers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their destination country (customs fees, taxes, etc.).
